My application runs very slow when installed from the App Store

After installing the application, and sunset in one of the screens, my application is slow. But only if it is installed from the App Store. This does not happen when debugging the app. How can I check what the reason is for the slowness? Is there any way to inspect what is happening in the App Store version while it's running?
