How to call CDialog::DoModal() with modified DLGTEMPLATEEX

I know that I can create a dialog window using a DLGTEMPLATEEX template in memory using DialogBoxIndirectParam. But with MFC can I dynamically modify DLGTEMPLATEEX in CDialog before DoModal is called?
