Scrolling gets lagged while implementing mutual scrolling for two scrollviews

I have implemented mutual scrolling for two Scrollviews present inside my screen. But the problem is after the first scrollview's scrolling gets completed only then seccond scrollview will start the scrolling. How to solve this issue. Please help
