Production Mode for PushWoosh

I recently started using PushWoosh. I have successfully integrated it to my application and it worked using the sandbox version of it.

I wanted to try sending push notification without manually inserting the test device to send the push notification to. So i have two questions:

1) How does it really work the procedure to actually try if the push notification system would work on my application before sending it to Appstore. Im very confused of how to do things step by step in order. I mean sure it worked on sandbox mode but is that enough?

2) I have tried using the production mode on PushWoosh. when i install the application on my device i can see that i have one subscriber. But sending push did not work during production mode. What am i missing?
